About the Metal Art

Metal line art is a type of wall decor made from thin metal sheets that have been cut into intricate designs. The designs typically feature abstract or geometric shapes and are often inspired by nature or architecture.

The metal used to make the art is usually a lightweight and durable material such as 18 gauge steel.

The metal line art can be hung using screws or nails. all our pieces require you to attach your own mounting hardware.

Yes, many metal line art pieces are designed to withstand outdoor conditions and can be hung on patios or outdoor walls. However, it’s always a good idea to check the specific product details to make sure it’s suitable for outdoor use.

To clean the metal line art, use a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or materials that may scratch the surface of the metal.

Delivery

Shipping is free for orders placed by customers in the United States. For the rest of the world, there is a delivery fee of 15€, but orders totaling more than 100€ are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the size of the piece you’ve ordered. We’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and you can track your shipment online once it’s been sent out.

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation sent to your email address and a tracking link to know when the artwork will be delivered and if there’s an issue with the post service.

In case we made an error on our end by sending the wrong product, wrong size, or a defective graphic, please send us a picture of the item received for quality control purposes. We will offer a refund or replacement based on your preference.

If you’re a US customer, you have up to 30 days after the shipped date to report the issue, while international customers have up to 15 days after the shipped date.

To process a replacement order or refund, we’ll need the following information from you:

  • Your name and email
  • Your order number
  • A picture of the wrong or damaged item
  • Confirmation of whether you prefer a replacement or a refund

We recommend deciding whether you want a replacement or a refund before reaching out to us, as once we’ve processed a replacement, we won’t be able to cancel it if you change your mind.

Once the replacement has been shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking link to keep you updated on the delivery status.

Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. We currently accept payments via credit and debit cards, PayPal and mobile payments through Apple Pay.
