In case we made an error on our end by sending the wrong product, wrong size, or a defective graphic, please send us a picture of the item received for quality control purposes. We will offer a refund or replacement based on your preference.

If you’re a US customer, you have up to 30 days after the shipped date to report the issue, while international customers have up to 14 days after the shipped date.

To process a replacement order or refund, we’ll need the following information from you:

Your name and email Your order number A picture of the wrong or damaged item Confirmation of whether you prefer a replacement or a refund We recommend deciding whether you want a replacement or a refund before reaching out to us, as once we’ve processed a replacement, we won’t be able to cancel it if you change your mind.

Once the replacement has been shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking link to keep you updated on the delivery status.

If your parcel is lost during shipping you can either receive a replacement or a full refund.

For customers outside Continental United States, please note that all claims must be submitted for damaged packages no later than 72 hours after the delivery time.
